Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)
We offer standard shipping to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

Shipping Partners: TCS, Leopards Courier, or other reliable services

Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout or free for orders above PKR 3000 (if applicable)
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on all orders under PKR 10,000. For higher amounts, we may require full or partial advance payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your package status.
Delays
Shipping delays can occur due to weather, strikes, or high demand. We’ll inform you via email or phone in case of any unexpected delays.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside Pakistan.
